Mallory Gau is excited to explore a long-time passion of real estate after spending almost the past 20 years within the healthcare & insurance industry. After only one meeting with the EXIT Real Estate team, and seeing the amazing culture that had been harvested, her desire to become a realtor was affirmed. As a self-proclaimed, lifelong learner, Mallory could no longer dull the yearning to dive into real estate and obtained her realtor license in 2023.

Mallory's experience as a Master’s Degree prepared Nurse has helped her to gain skills in critical thinking, compassion and superb communication skills. She is eager to transfer these skills and qualities to helping buyers and sellers through navigating their real estate needs.

Successfully remodeling and completing renovation projects of her own, Mallory has a knack for visualizing the hidden potential in a property and being able to customize it to meet the needs of a family and make it a home. Mallory's passion for learning will further guide you in exploring: first time home buying, investing in properties, relocation or upgrading from your current home.

Mallory and her husband, Leo, both have long time ties to the Central Wisconsin area and are proud to raise their family here. They are active in various community groups and organizations, and can be found cheering their kids on at many different sporting events.

Mallory is confident she will be able to serve her clients and be able to meet each of their unique needs and is eager to join them in the exciting journey of buying and selling real estate.
